W. Eric Martin edits Boardgame News, pulling together news, reviews, previews, and interviews from the five corners of the gaming world to keep readers up-to-date on play possibilities. Eric has been playing games of all sorts for decades and can almost always be found with a game in his pocket, ready to play at a moment's notice.     Before he took over as editor of Boardgame News, Eric was a full-time freelance writer, working for such magazines as GAMES, Knucklebones, Psychology Today, Woman's Day, Indian Gaming Business, and dozens of incredibly obscure publications. He is also the co-author of two books: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Starting and Running a Coffee Bar and Tools of Timekeeping: A Kid's Guide to the History and Science of Telling Time.
