Terms and Conditions

1) Returns

Goods are returned when back to our Milan warehouse free delivered.

2) Shipment costs

Shipment costs are 10 Euros for Europe and 20 Euros for Worldwide.

3) Delivery time

As a general rule, packages will shipped the day after we have received the payment. Generally, delivery time is 7-10 days from payment date in Italy, 15 days for Europe, 3-4 weeks for the rest of the world. Delays do not give the right to refunds or order cancellation.

4) Payments

Only the indicated payment methods are accepted:

- Pay Pal or Credit Card. Add to the cart the products you wish to buy and complete the transaction. You will enter the PayPal website: you can either use your PayPal or enter the credit cards circuit, if you do not have one. If it is the firts time you use a credit card on a PayPal circuit, PayPal will charge you 1 Euro which it will give you back in 24 hours. It is a safty procedure to check if your card is real.

-Bank transfer. Do not buy on-line, but write at info@ghenosgames.com.

5) Complaints

Possible complaints must be sent written by post within 8 days from the receipt of items to Ghenos S.r.l. Via Lodovico Montegani 6, 20141 Milano.

6) Transport damages

The items travel at buyer's risk even if free delivered; the vendor's responsibility ceases when the items leave the warehouse.
On delivery, the client must make notice to the carrier possible damages, missing items or pilfering. They must be described on the shipping documents. Verbal complaints have no value.

7) Right to withdrawal

As for D.L.gs. 15/01/1992 n° 50, the client has the right to return the item if it does not please him. He must inform Ghenos S.r.l. in writing within 7 days (seven) from the collection of the items.
He can return the items if they are unaltered and in the same condition he received them to Ghenos S.r.l, Via Lodovico Montegani 6, 20141 Milano.
We request that shipping costs be covered by the customer.
Ghenos S.r.l. will refund, minus the shipment costs, within 30 days (30) from the delivery to the carrier.

8) Place of jurisdiction

Milan is the competent court for any litigation.

However, if you are a member of the UE you can settle your dispute out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR) procedure following this link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
